The Lifestyle and Stress Management presentation and workshop was designed to address the daily challenges we face in our personal,professional, and creative lives as the result of our past experiences influencing our current perceptions. As the foundation for each of Tom's presentations and workshops, the concepts, strategies, and principals in this program help us to gain balance in our life, enhance the quality of our relationships, and increase our awareness of what we can do to improve upon our current conditions and circumstances to achieve personal fulfillment and actualize our true potential in all areas of our life. This presentation goes beyond superficial momentary quick fixes in dealing with the obstacles in our life; instead it focuses on in-depth, long-term, principles and strategies that address issues at the source of our challenges.

Includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Gain insight and strategies for lifestyle and stress management that we can use immediately in our life, whether it be at home, at work, and in our creative life
